My source says that there was a police escort for him in Green Bay yesterday. I am a die hard Pack fan and have always had disdain for this guy. But, in the past the Packers have brought in some malcontents like Andre Rison and Robinson. Its very hard to get in trouble in Green Bay. Young players used to hate to go there, no life other than football, but now they are competitive, somewhat.
I know he is past any prime he had, but could he help them? Never questioned his hands but he cannot run by anyone anymore.
What are your thoughts? Would you take a chance on this guy? Would you want him on your team at this point? I know Favre has a big say in this and if he likes the guy why not give it a shot. As long as you are not giving up too much.
